Owner Center Integrations FAQ

  1. Is the user allowed to use the Integration module when on trial period?
    Yes, a trial user is free to use any integration.
  2. Do Owner Center user charged separately for any integration they use?
    No, to use any integration is totally free of cost.
  3. Are users allowed to connect to any other PMS while they are already connected to one?
    No, user can only connect to one PMS at one time, if they wish to connect to any other PMS they are required to disconnect from the previous connection.
  4. How to Disconnect from an integration when they are connected?
    To disconnect from a PMS/Channel is very simple, simply move to the Integrations module from your Product Manager Owner Center account and click on Disconnect button of connected  PMS/Channel while on integration module.
  5. Does Disconnect button logs user out of the connected PMS channel as well?
    No, you can still be logged in to the PMS/Channel but any new update will not be synced to the Owner Center unless you are connected.
  6. Is synchronization of Rental, Bookings OR Rate is two way?
    No, the synchronization is only happening from Owner Center to respective PMS.
  7. Is update or delete in Rental, Bookings OR Rates in connected channel sync to Owner Center when they are already synced?
    No, once any record is synced then any record deleted in PMS/Channel will remain in Owner Center unless user delete it from Owner Center manually.
  8. Are users allowed to update in Rental, Bookings OR Rates manually after they are synced from connected channel?
    No, the Rentals, Bookings and Rates modules are read only in Owner Center and no user can update any information in them.
  9. Are Owner Center users allowed to delete the synced records?
    No, Owner Center does not allow user to delete any record in the Rentals, Bookings and Rates modules.
  10. How the records are differentiated from which channels they came in?
    With each rental and booking record a channel name tag appears.
